敬愛大学、第7回 敬愛大学高校生英語スピーチコンテスト開催

敬愛大学は、敬愛大学の英語教育開発センター主催の第7回英語スピーチコンテスト「Keiai Cup 2025」を開催する。このコンテストは、高校生に普段の学習成果として英語を用いて自分の意見や考えなどを発表する機会を提供するとともに、その後も生涯にわたって英語学習に取り組んでいく動機付けを与えることを目的としている。

毎年全国から多数の高校生が参加し、様々な問題意識をもとに熱心な発表を行っている。成果発表の場として、意欲ある高校生の皆さんの参加を待っている。

＜概要＞
発表テーマ・趣旨
テーマ：“My Suggestions for English Education in Japan”

※上記のテーマ・趣旨に沿って、各自でスピーチのタイトルを設定する。
※応募するスピーチは、未発表のものに限る。

趣旨：You have been learning English for several years through different classes and experiences. Now, it’s your turn to think　about what you would like to change or improve in English education in Japan.

*Example topics:
・What has worked well or hasn't worked well in your English classes?
・How might English help you in the future? Can you give examples? Are your lessons helpful in this way?
・What would make English learning more fun or effective?
・Which of the following do you think is most important, reading practice, writing practice, listening practice, speaking practice or vocabulary practice? Why?
・How can technology (apps, games, websites) help your English learning?
・What motivates you to study English? How should teachers correct mistakes? How much Japanese should a teacher use in an English class?

一次審査への応募は、スピーチの録音データ及び原稿を下記に送付。（8月1日より申込可能）
提出方法や参加資格などの詳細は、「開催要項」に掲載。
「審査基準は，下記「開催要項」内の「別紙1 Judging Criteria for the 1st Round」の通りとなる。」

＜提出方法＞ スピーチの録音データ及び原稿を、下記の「敬愛大学 Keiai Cup 応募フォーム」から提出

●本選
開催日時　　: 2025年10月25日（土）13:00-17:00（終了時刻は予定）
会　　場　　: オンライン（「Zoom」を使用）
「審査基準は，下記「開催要項」内の「別紙2 Judging Criteria for the Finals」の通りとなる。」
